Decathlon and Aldi unveil new portable coolers for summer outings

Decathlon introduced the 900 Soft 30 L Fresh electric camping cooler, priced at €119.99. The thermo‑electric unit can run on 220 V mains or a 12 V car socket, keeps contents up to 17 °C below a 32 °C ambient temperature and can maintain cooling for as long as 96 hours without ice. It holds 30 L, suits four to six people, weighs 2.7 kg and includes a removable waterproof bag. Aldi relaunched its Pull‑Along Picnic Cooler as a Special‑Buy priced at £14.99 while stocks last. The wheeled cooler offers around 40 L of storage, a pull‑along design for easy transport, and is available in several colour options. Both products are marketed for family picnics, beach days, camping trips and other summer outings.
