Dedeman launches major infrastructure projects in Brașov and Constanța

The Brașov municipality has approved expropriation payments of 806,530 lei per property to build an 855‑meter elevated road linking the Tractorul district with Calea Feldioarei. The 115 million‑lei investment includes two traffic lanes, two bike lanes, sidewalks, noise‑absorbing panels and modern lighting, with a 24‑month construction schedule.

In Constanța, Dedeman SRL received a building permit for a new Dedeman store and a McDonald’s Drive‑Thru on Blvd. I.C. Brătianu. The approval also covers re‑configuring the existing roundabout and improving vehicular and pedestrian access. The project follows demolition of deteriorated structures and includes urban planning measures valid for one year.
