Deep Polymers Limited reports 32% rise in Q1 PAT
Deep Polymers Limited, a manufacturer of plastic colour masterbatches, additives, and filler compounds, reported a strong financial performance for the first quarter of FY27 ending June 30, 2026. The company's revenue from operations rose 20% year-on-year to ₹30.07 crore, up from ₹25.40 crore in the same period last year.
Profitability saw significant growth, with Profit After Tax (PAT) increasing 32% to ₹1.90 crore, compared to ₹1.44 crore in Q1 FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT) rose 30% to ₹2.54 crore, and Earnings Per Share (EPS) improved to ₹0.79 from ₹0.60.
The company is actively expanding its manufacturing capabilities through several investments. These include a ₹25 crore unit in Hajipur, Kalol, a ₹15 crore BOPP unit utilizing German technology, and a ₹10 crore investment in a 2 MW captive solar power plant in Mujpur, Gujarat. Deep Polymers has set long-term turnover targets of ₹150 crore for FY27, reaching up to ₹300 crore by FY29.
