Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor launches on PlayStation 5

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, a bullet heaven spin-off of the Deep Rock Galactic franchise, has launched on PlayStation 5. Developed by Funday Games and published by Ghost Ship Publishing, the title follows its previous releases on PC, Xbox Series X|S, iOS, and Android.

As an auto-shooter inspired by the Vampire Survivors style, the game features top-down combat where players fight swarms of aliens on the planet Hoxxes IV. Unlike many games in the genre, players can interact with the environment by digging through solid rock to navigate procedurally generated levels or hide from enemies.

The game has previously sold over 2 million copies on PC. Additional content, including the Heavy Duty Expansion, is available via DLC, offering new classes like the Demolisher and new biomes.
