Deepavali celebrations scheduled across Singapore and Malaysia

Various cultural events and exhibitions are set to mark the Deepavali season in Singapore and Malaysia.

In Singapore, the Indian Heritage Centre will host a Deepavali Open House from October 17 to November 8, featuring traditional experiences. Other scheduled activities include the Namaste Bharat 2026 lifestyle exhibition at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, a Diwali Dhamaka event by the IIT Alumni community at Sentosa, and a musical performance by Rajhesh Vaidhya and Sandeep Narayan at the Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall.

In Malaysia, The Exchange TRX in Kuala Lumpur will host festivities from October 16 to November 9. The program includes weekend cultural performances of traditional Indian dances, such as Bharatanatyam, Kathak, and Odissi, at the Urban Node. The venue will also offer various festive retail deals and dining options.
