Deepnight Games announces Tenjutsu for Nintendo Switch 2 and PC

Deepnight Games, led by Dead Cells designer Sébastien Benard, has unveiled Tenjutsu, a gritty combat roguelike scheduled for release in 2027. The game is confirmed for PC and the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2.

Set in the vibrant yet oppressive Secret Garden City, players control a renegade criminal attempting to dismantle four powerful crime syndicates. The gameplay features fast-paced melee combat and tactical precision, allowing players to choose the order in which they attack different syndicates. As players defeat organizations, the city evolves, unlocking new shops, restaurants, and shortcuts to aid future runs.
