Deepti Naval shares nostalgic photo of late actor Nana Patekar

Actor Deepti Naval has shared a nostalgic photograph on social media featuring the late veteran actor Nana Patekar. The image is from their time working together on the film ‘Yatra’, directed by Goutam Ghose.

In the photo, Naval is dressed in a traditional blue Nauvari saree, while Patekar is seen in a simple off-white outfit. The film ‘Yatra’ originally premiered at the Montreal World Film Festival in 2006 and was released in Indian theaters in May 2007.

The tribute follows the passing of Nana Patekar, who died at the age of 75 on October 8, 2026, following a cardiac arrest in Goa. Naval previously shared an emotional tribute to the actor, describing him as a ‘true artiste’.
