Deere & Company appoints Julie Boland to its board

Deere & Company has appointed Julie Boland, the former U.S. chief executive officer and managing partner of Ernst & Young (EY), to its board of directors. The appointment expands the company's board from 10 to 11 members, consisting of 10 independent, non-employee directors.

Boland brings extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, corporate governance, and global finance. During her 16-year tenure at EY, she held various leadership roles, including serving as the Americas managing partner. Her professional background also includes roles as a chief financial officer and experience in investment banking at JPMorgan & Co. and Goldman Sachs.
