Defence Therapeutics appoints Sherry Aulin to Board of Directors

Defence Therapeutics Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company specializing in precision oncology therapeutics, has appointed Sherry Aulin to its Board of Directors. Aulin will also serve as a member of the company’s audit committee.

Aulin brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience to the role. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Xenon Pharmaceuticals, where she contributed to its Nasdaq IPO and managed capital raising efforts exceeding $1 billion USD. Her professional background also includes leadership positions at KPMG LLP, where she advised various industries, including life sciences.
