Degotallet launches artisanal goat milk liqueur in Maldà

Degotallet is an artisanal goat milk liqueur produced in Maldà by Jordi Herrero and Dolors Manrique of the La Bassa de l’Hostal livestock farm. The beverage is based on a traditional recipe passed down through generations, originally shared by a neighbor named Nieves.

The production process involves macerating the mixture for forty days before filtering, bottling, and chilling. The project serves as a tribute to traditional rural lifestyles and the culinary heritage of local women.
