Dejan Kostić discusses collaboration with Ceca Ražnatović

Musician, composer, and producer Dejan Kostić has shared details regarding his ongoing collaboration with singer Svetlana Ceca Ražnatović. Kostić revealed that the two have been working on a new album for two years, noting that the project is nearing completion, though a release date has not yet been determined.

Kostić described the collaboration as a significant and responsible challenge, stating that the work must be meticulous because Ražnatović has not released an album in ten years. He emphasized that the songs are being specially tailored to her unique requirements.

During the discussion, Kostić also addressed comparisons between Ražnatović and his former collaborator, Aleksandra Prijović. While acknowledging Prijović as one of the best vocalists in the region, Kostić stated that Ražnatović possesses a superior vocal color and a unique combination of energy, technique, range, and emotion.
