Dekada sells Polish retail portfolio to Appeninn for over €100 million

The Polish real estate developer and manager Dekada has sold a portfolio of retail parks and shopping centers to the Hungarian investment firm Appeninn Asset Management Holding for over 100 million euros (approximately 432 million PLN).

The transaction includes 11 properties located across Poland, specifically in Brodnica, Ciechanów, Grójec, Kraków, Myślenice, Olsztyn, Nowy Targ, Malbork, Sieradz, Skierniewice, and Żyrardów. These assets, built between 2011 and 2024, comprise a total leasable area of 53,000 square meters with an occupancy rate exceeding 95 percent. Notable tenants include Biedronka, Carrefour, Rossmann, H&M, and Castorama.

Legal counsel for the sale included Dentons, representing Dekada, and Greenberg Traurig, representing Appeninn Asset Management Holding. The acquisition was financed through Appeninn’s own funds and a bank loan provided by Erste Group Bank.
