DEKRA Costa Rica expands vehicle inspection access with 11 extra stations
DEKRA Costa Rica will operate an extraordinary service day on Sunday, 9 August, opening 11 inspection stations across the country to make the technical vehicle inspection (ITV) more accessible for drivers who cannot attend on weekdays. The stations in Heredia, Alajuela, Alajuelita, Santo Domingo, Cartago, Guápiles, Nicoya, Puntarenas, San Carlos, Cañas and Tarrazú will operate from 6 a.m. or 7 a.m. until early afternoon, and appointments can be booked online or by phone.
Maureen Ramírez, general manager of DEKRA Costa Rica, said, "En DEKRA creemos que ofrecer un servicio accesible y oportuno también es una forma de contribuir al bienestar y la seguridad de Costa Rica." The initiative aims to reduce waiting times and improve road safety by allowing more drivers to complete their ITV inspections conveniently.
