Delano to launch first Italian luxury resort in Puglia

The lifestyle hospitality brand Delano is making its Italian debut with the development of Delano Puglia, a luxury resort located in Monopoli. The project is a collaboration between Ennismore, LIMM, and Società Rinascimento Valori.

Scheduled to open in 2028, the resort will be situated along the Adriatic coast and is expected to feature between 63 and 76 rooms along with 13 suites. The property will offer various amenities, including wellness spaces through the ‘The Source by Delano’ concept, dining options such as a Paris Society restaurant, and multiple bars.

LCA Studio Legale provided legal assistance to LIMM during the negotiation of the agreements with Ennismore, managing the entire contractual structure of the operation. The project aims to position itself as a high-end reference point for luxury hospitality in Southern Italy.
