Dele Alake celebrates 70th birthday

Dele Alake, Nigeria’s Minister of Solid Minerals Development, celebrated his 70th birthday on October 6.

Reflections on his character describe him as a man of conviction who maintains a distinct personal style, often characterized by being difficult to reach but deeply engaging when providing his time. His personality is noted as a study in contradictions, balancing ministerial responsibilities with a selective approach to personal accessibility.
