Delhi Jal Board launches Young Aqua Leaders Internship 2026

The Delhi Jal Board (DJB) has officially opened applications for its ‘Young Aqua Leaders Internship Program 2026’. This six-month program is designed to provide students and recent graduates with practical experience in water supply, wastewater management, and sewage treatment systems.

Each internship cycle will select 40 candidates based on their academic records and Statement of Purpose (SOP). Selected participants will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000, totaling ₹90,000 over the six-month duration. Upon successful completion, interns will receive an official certificate, and top performers may be eligible for a ‘Best Intern Award’.

Eligibility criteria include being at least 18 years old. The program is open to final-year undergraduate students, individuals who have completed their bachelor's degree within the last two years, and current postgraduate students. Interested candidates must submit their applications via the official Delhi Jal Board website by October 15, 2026.
