Delhi: Jewelry worth 2 crore rupees stolen from car in Karol Bagh

Thieves in the Karol Bagh area of Delhi stole jewelry valued at over 2 crore rupees from a jeweler's car. The incident occurred on the evening of August 19 near Canara Bank on Arya Samaj Road.

The victim, Kanhaiya Lal, had parked his vehicle while dining at a nearby restaurant. Upon returning at approximately 7:15 PM, he discovered the rear window of the car had been broken. The stolen items included three bags and one suitcase containing gold and diamond jewelry, a laptop, and other personal and professional belongings.

Delhi police have launched an investigation into the theft. Officers are currently reviewing CCTV footage from the area and examining the movements of the victim and his associates to determine if they were being followed. Efforts are underway to identify the suspects and recover the stolen goods.
