Delhi man rescued from Yamuna after iPhone EMI stress

A 30-year-old dance instructor, Deepak Kumar, was rescued from the Yamuna River near Kalindi Kunj in Delhi after entering the water due to financial distress. Kumar, a resident of Okhla, reported that a decline in his income made it difficult to meet the monthly installments (EMI) for his iPhone.

Police and a flood department rescue team used a boat to locate and pull Kumar to safety. Following counseling by officials, he was reunited with his wife and family.
