Delhi-NCR weather shifts with rain and improved air quality
The Delhi-NCR region is experiencing a shift in weather patterns characterized by cloudy skies and intermittent rainfall. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), light to moderate rain is forecasted for August 19 and 20, with very light rain expected to continue through August 23.
While recent rainfall and wind activity have provided relief from extreme heat and helped improve air quality by dispersing pollutants, high humidity levels persist. Temperatures in the region are expected to fluctuate, with maximums generally ranging between 31 and 35 degrees Celsius and minimums between 22 and 27 degrees Celsius.
