Delhi police arrest conspirator after firing incident in Kalindi Kunj

A firing incident occurred on September 3 at Bablu Dairy in JJ Colony, Madanpur Khadar, within the jurisdiction of the Kalindi Kunj Police Station in Delhi. Two rounds were reportedly fired inside the Dholwala Office, resulting in a finger injury to a man identified as Rohit.

Police investigations suggest the shooting was the result of a conspiracy stemming from personal enmity between Rohit Dhobi and an individual named Deepak. An independent witness corroborated hearing a quarrel followed by gunfire.

Authorities have arrested Bhupender, also known as Guddu or Dholwala, for his alleged involvement in the conspiracy. The case has been updated to include Section 61(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) regarding criminal conspiracy. Police are continuing efforts to apprehend other suspects identified in the investigation, including Monu, Deepak Bhagat, and Ravi alias Baba.
