Delhi Police arrest declared offender in Rs 60 million fraud case
Delhi Police arrested Mukesh Kumar, a 39‑year‑old declared offender from Greater Noida, in connection with a ₹60 lakh fraud. The police received a tip that Kumar was at the IGI domestic terminal and detained him before he could evade legal proceedings. The arrest is part of a wider special campaign targeting declared offenders and illicit activities in central Delhi.
During the same operation, anti‑robbery teams in Rohini and Dwarka seized large quantities of illegal liquor and detained two additional suspects, identified as 26‑year‑old Ram Pal and Badshah Khan, along with confiscated liquor bottles and a scooter used for transport.
