Delhi police arrests three Lawrence Bishnoi gang shooters planning targeted killing

Delhi Police’s Rohini District Special Staff team arrested three suspected shooters—identified as Randeep Malik, Hari Boxer and Anil Pandit—who were allegedly preparing a targeted killing in the national capital. Police said the suspects were scouting locations and receiving instructions from an overseas‑based network linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi‑Hari Boxer organised‑crime gang.

The three men are wanted in several criminal cases in Delhi and have been linked to prior targeted shootings. Investigators also reported an extortion demand of up to ₹1 crore from the gang. The arrests follow a wider crackdown on the Bishnoi network, including the U.S. FBI’s “Operation Hard Ball,” which has detained more than 20 individuals in the United States and Canada and offered a reward for information on gang leader Goldy Brar.

Authorities are interrogating the arrested shooters to identify additional gang members and the foreign network directing the alleged plot.
