Delhi Police arrests suspects in Shalimar Bagh murder and captures manhunt target near Nepal border
Delhi police announced the arrest of two suspects, identified as Saurabh (also known as Tola) and Sachin (also known as Chiddi), in connection with a stabbing death in the Shalimar Bagh area of New Delhi. The victims were taken to Fortis Hospital after the attack near BC Block, and investigators recovered the knife and the clothing used in the crime through CCTV analysis and technical surveillance.
In a separate case, the police identified the deceased as Ramesh Yadav and, after a two‑month investigation, located the alleged perpetrator near the Nepal border. The suspect, a Nepal resident who had been working in the Delhi region, was apprehended following coordinated intelligence efforts across border areas. Both investigations are now moving through the legal process.
