Delhivery appoints Vani Venkatesh as Deputy CEO

Logistics company Delhivery has announced the elevation of Vani Venkatesh to Deputy CEO, effective immediately. Venkatesh, who joined the company in February 2025 as Chief Business Officer, will now oversee revenue functions, marketing, and customer experience, while collaborating closely with operations teams.

The announcement also includes the departure of founding member and Chief Operating Officer Ajith Pai. Pai will leave the company at the close of business on September 15, 2026, to explore independent opportunities. His responsibilities have already been transitioned to the new executive operations leadership.

Managing Director and CEO Sahil Barua noted that Venkatesh's elevation reflects her "increasing responsibilities and impact at Delhivery" and aligns with the company's commitment to developing internal executive leadership. Other leadership roles, including Chief Sales Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, were filled earlier this year.
