Delia Morinelli book explores Cilento culinary traditions and the legacy of Ancel Keys

A new book titled ‘Delia Morinelli: una Vita di Tradizioni e Resilienza. La Cuciniera Cilentana che ha conquistato i coniugi Keys e il mondo’ was presented at Agriturismo L’Olivara in Piano di Sorrento. The work, authored by six contributors including Delia Morinelli, explores the intersection of Cilento's peasant culture and global nutritional history.

The book highlights Morinelli's connection to the scientific legacy of American physiologist Ancel Keys and his wife Margaret Haney Keys, who studied longevity and health in the village of Pioppi during the 1960s.
