Delicias authorities charge man for possession of stolen scooter

A man, identified as Luis Carlos F. R., has been formally charged in Delicias for the possession of a stolen vehicle. The individual was apprehended while riding a navy blue 2025 Carabela scooter without license plates.

The theft was reported after the vehicle was seen by the victim's spouse. Following the arrest, authorities confirmed the scooter had been reported stolen from a residence in the Campesina neighborhood on August 3, 2026. The defendant has been ordered to appear biweekly to sign documents as a precautionary measure while investigations continue.
