Delight updates RecUp AI scouting service and shares success case

Delight has announced a renewal of its AI-driven recruitment service, RecUp, emphasizing a hybrid approach that combines AI automation with professional strategic support. The service aims to act as a ‘third HR department’ by using AI for candidate selection, message generation, and automated sending, while human experts provide strategy and continuous improvement.

As part of this update, Delight released a case study featuring Base, a Prime-listed IT solutions company. Base previously relied on talent agents for 80% of its hiring due to limited staff capacity. After implementing RecUp, the company increased its direct recruiting job offers by 1.5 to 1.7 times, with direct hires now accounting for 20% to 30% of their total recruitment. This shift has allowed the company to reduce recruitment costs and improve efficiency without sacrificing candidate quality.
