Dangdut Academy 8 Final Auditions Melly Lee Fildan Delira

The ninth season of Indonesia’s premier dangdang talent show, D'Academy 8, entered its Final Audition stage on 29 June 2026, running daily until 10 July. The televised rounds air each weekday at 19:00 WIB and feature the competition’s top contestants performing for a panel of seasoned judges.

Coaches for the season include former champion Fildan and veteran singer‑songwriter Melly Lee, who said they will work “day and night” to develop the participants’ vocal and stage skills. Their mentoring team also comprises former contestants such as Tasya DA7 and Valen DA7, who will share experience and guidance with the new talent.

Among the contestants, 16‑year‑old Delira from Garut spoke about overcoming her introverted nature to pursue her dream of becoming a dangdut star, drawing support from her hometown. The show’s format aims to showcase both vocal ability and personal stories as the finalists vie for a contract and national recognition.
