Dell launches Dell 14S thin and light laptop in Japan

Dell Technologies has released the Dell 14S (DS14270) in the Japanese market, a new addition to the Dell S series. The laptop features Intel Core Series 3 processors equipped with an NPU and is designed with a focus on portability, battery life, and cost-effectiveness.

The device is characterized by its slim profile, ranging from 12.21mm to 13.5mm in thickness, and a minimum weight of 1.15kg. It offers up to 21 hours of battery life during video streaming. Users can choose from four natural color options: Linen, Washed Denim, Dusty Rose, and Velvet Green.

Technical specifications include 16GB of LPDDR5x memory (with an 8GB model expected in mid-November) and PCIe SSD storage options of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB. Display options consist of a standard FHD+ non-touch panel or an 8K non-touch panel available specifically with the Linen color model. Connectivity includes WiFi-6E, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, and HDMI 1.4.
