In a recent interview, the 54-year-old actress acknowledged that while she occasionally feels this pressure, she prioritizes self-acceptance and enjoying life over constant worry regarding weight or physical changes. Irani noted that aging brings natural physical, mental, and emotional shifts, such as laugh lines, which should be accepted rather than fought.
