Delnice and Derventa announce local real estate and housing initiatives

The City of Delnice has announced a public tender for the sale of several real estate properties. The sale includes three specific plots located in the Oranica area near Grabanj, with surface areas of 367 m2, 506 m2, and 285 m2. The starting prices for these properties are set at 1,400 euros, 2,000 euros, and 1,100 euros, respectively.

In a separate local initiative, the City of Derventa has launched a public competition to provide free construction plots to young married couples under the age of 35. This program aims to address housing needs by allowing eligible families to establish building rights on municipal property without charge. The first phase of the project involves 10 plots within the urban area of the city, where necessary infrastructure is being prepared.
