Deloitte Italia revenue exceeds 1.8 billion euros with 9% growth

Deloitte Italia reported a turnover exceeding 1.8 billion euros for the fiscal year spanning June 2025 to May 2026, marking a 9% increase compared to the previous year. This achievement represents the firm's fifteenth consecutive year of expansion.

Key growth drivers included the Government & Public Services sector, which rose by 25%, and the Energy Resources & Industrial sector, which grew by 12%. The company's workforce also saw a 2.7% increase during the period, and the number of partners has reached 581.

Looking ahead, the network plans to hire more than 2,000 new employees by May 2027. CEO Fabio Pompei attributed the growth to the trust organizations place in the firm to navigate global challenges such as artificial intelligence, energy transition, and digital transformation. Additionally, as of June 2026, Deloitte Italia has integrated into the Deloitte EMEA structure, a regional entity comprising 16 firms with approximately 20 billion euros in revenue.
