Delta Air Lines to launch nonstop Austin to Paris flights in 2027

Delta Air Lines has announced plans to launch the first nonstop transatlantic service from Austin, Texas, to Paris, France. Scheduled to begin in 2027, the service will operate seasonally between March 27 and October 24.

Delta intends to utilize the Airbus A330-900neo for the 5,110-mile route. The aircraft configuration will include 281 seats, consisting of 29 Delta One business class seats, 28 Premium Select seats, and 224 Main Cabin seats. This marks the first long-haul route operated by a U.S. carrier out of Austin.

Joe Esposito, Delta’s Chief Commercial Officer, stated that the expansion is part of a broader investment in the region and aims to provide stronger international connectivity through the airline's partnership with Air France-KLM. Flight bookings are expected to become available starting August 15, 2026.
