Delta Force announces second anniversary updates and new features

Team Jade has announced significant updates for the tactical first-person shooter ‘Delta Force’ to mark its second anniversary and the launch of the ‘Season Reorientation’.

Key technical and content updates include the implementation of Unreal Engine 5 features in a new Warfare map scheduled for November 2026, alongside a new Operations map, ‘Siege: Valkyrie’, arriving in early 2027. A new bomb defusal mode titled ‘Detonation’ will enter beta for PC and mobile on September 27, with console access following later this year.

Gameplay improvements focus on streamlining the player experience. New features include a ‘one-click equipment’ system to automate loadouts, an updated tutorial via the G.T.I. Field Manual, and improved matchmaking that considers latency across multiple regions. Players can also participate in anniversary events to earn limited-time rewards, such as Delta Tickets and unique weapon appearances.

In esports, the RISE Series Season 2 is currently underway. The top 12 teams from the Americas and EMEA will qualify for the inaugural Delta Force Invitational, held at DreamHack Stockholm from November 27–29.
