Delta Wellbeing receives highest ratings from Care Inspectorate Wales

Delta Wellbeing has received the highest possible recognition from Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) following its latest inspection. The community response service achieved ‘Excellent’ ratings across all evaluated areas.

Inspectors noted that the service helps individuals live safely and independently in their own homes, highlighting a person-centred approach. The report found no areas for improvement and issued no priority action notices, praising staff for their innovation, professionalism, and collaborative work with families and partner organisations.
