Delusion horror production returns to Los Angeles Beckett Mansion

The interactive horror theater production ‘Delusion’ is returning to the historic Beckett Mansion in Los Angeles this fall. Titled ‘Delusion: Den of the Mosquito’, the show will run on select nights from September 17 through November 8.

Set in 1920s New Orleans, the production follows a supernatural narrative involving mobsters, monsters, and vampire courtesans. Participants will act as agents of a fictional organization called Anomaly, navigating the mansion through split paths and interactive encounters. Each performance is limited to groups of 10 people and lasts approximately 50 minutes.

The Beckett Mansion, a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument designed by architect John C. Austin, served as the location for the series’ first two seasons in 2011 and 2012. Creator Jon Braver described the return to the venue as a ‘homecoming’ that brings the production back to its character-driven, intimate roots. The mansion is owned by IDEG Construction.
