Deni Wicaksono and Saifuddin Zuhri re-elected to lead PA GMNI East Java

Deni Wicaksono and Saifuddin Zuhri have been re-elected by acclamation to lead the East Java Regional Leadership Council of the Association of Alumni of the Indonesian National Student Movement (PA GMNI) for the 2026–2031 period.

The decision was reached during the fifth Regional Conference (Konferda V) held in Surabaya on October 31, 2026. The conference included representatives from 36 regional branches across East Java. The leadership mandate was granted following the acceptance of the previous administration's accountability reports.

Deni Wicaksono, who also serves as the Vice Chairman of the East Java Regional House of Representatives (DPRD), stated that the new term will focus on organizational consolidation and strengthening the role of alumni. He emphasized the need for intergenerational collaboration and creating an inclusive structure that accommodates various regions, including Pamekasan, Banyuwangi, Pasuruan, Bojonegoro, and Madiun.
