Denis Drăguș faces criticism and captaincy role at FCSB

FCSB striker Denis Drăguș has faced significant criticism from supporters following a match against Corvinul, where he failed to score despite taking nine shots. Fans at Arena Națională reportedly booed and reproached the player for attempting to play individually rather than as part of the team.

Coach Laurențiu Reghecampf has defended the striker, stating that Drăguș was not brought to the club to sit on the bench and is intended to be a team leader. Reghecampf indicated that Drăguș, who has struggled with injuries and a lack of goals in 174 minutes of play, could potentially start upcoming matches and will serve as a team captain alongside Muhar.

In addition to the scrutiny on Drăguș, Reghecampf noted that the team is dealing with several absences, including injuries to Cisotti and Garita, as well as suspensions for Crețu and Pădurariu.
