Denis Drăguș joins Trabzonspor camp as club plots loan or sale

Denis Drăguș, the 27‑year‑old Romanian international forward, will report to Trabzonspor’s pre‑season training camp next week despite not being part of the Turkish side’s plans for the upcoming season.

He remains under contract with Trabzonspor until 2028, and the club is evaluating options that include a permanent transfer or a loan. Interest has been reported from Turkish club Gaziantep for a possible loan and from Romanian side FCSB, whose owner Gigi Becali hopes to bring the striker in. Drăguș’s market value is estimated at about €2 million; Trabzonspor originally paid €1.7 million for him. The final decision on his future is expected to be made during the camp.
