Denizli-backed 3,500 sqm park nearing completion in Karapınar, Adıyaman

A 3,500 square‑metre modern park is nearing completion in Karapınar neighbourhood of Adıyaman. The project, financed by the Denizli Metropolitan Municipality, will feature new‑generation children’s playgrounds, outdoor sport and fitness zones, walking paths, extensive green areas and seating for all ages. Mayor Abdurrahman Tutdere said the park will open to residents shortly and highlighted its role in strengthening social life alongside infrastructure upgrades.

Tutdere also noted that the park is part of a broader post‑earthquake rebuilding effort, with parallel park constructions underway at four sites in the city thanks to support from sister municipalities, especially Denizli. The goal is to have all new parks operational by the end of the year, providing safe recreational spaces for families and enhancing the livability of Adıyaman.
