Denizli Chamber of Industry plans titanium investment

The Denizli Chamber of Industry (DSO) is advancing a strategic initiative to produce titanium alloys and high-quality semi-finished products in Denizli, Turkey. The project aims to transition the region's existing manufacturing expertise into high-technology, high-value-added industrial production.

Following feasibility studies and discussions regarding investment models, a consultation meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 26, 2026, at the DSO service building. The meeting will include key industry figures, such as TEI General Manager Prof. Dr. Mahmut Akşit, TEI officials, and representatives from KPMG, to evaluate the current stage of the project and potential investment opportunities.

Titanium is a critical material used extensively in the defense and aerospace industries. DSO Chairman Selim Kasapoğlu stated that the goal is to establish a new strategic production area in Denizli, leveraging the city's strong industrial infrastructure and entrepreneurial spirit to secure its future in high-tech manufacturing.
