Denizli Excellence Summit focuses on digital transformation and leadership

The 3rd Denizli Excellence Summit, organized by the KalDer Denizli Branch, took place on October 6, 2026, at the Merkezefendi Cultural Center. Under the theme ‘New Equations,’ the event brought together professionals and executives from various sectors to discuss the evolving landscape of the business world.

Key topics included leadership, data, digital transformation, quality, innovation, and sustainability. Denizli Governor Yavuz Selim Köşger emphasized that achieving excellence requires cultivating qualified human resources, noting KalDer’s human-centric approach.

KalDer Denizli Branch Chairman Ekrem Ateş highlighted the importance of collective intelligence and cooperation in strengthening Denizli’s journey toward quality and productivity. Additionally, KalDer Chairman Hakan Konak stated that future success requires a holistic transformation encompassing human resources, leadership, and quality culture, rather than focusing solely on technological changes.
