Denizli Fire Department conducts safety inspections at shopping malls

The Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department has launched a comprehensive technical inspection program at shopping malls across Denizli to enhance fire safety and emergency preparedness. Led by Fire Department Head Murat Başlı, along with various department managers and technical staff, the initiative involves field visits conducted in coordination with mall management and technical teams.

The inspections focus on comparing theoretical emergency plans with real-world field conditions. Key areas of evaluation include the functionality of emergency evacuation plans, the status of early detection and warning systems, and the accessibility and response methods of fire crews. Experts are also assessing the structural integrity of buildings, fire infrastructure adequacy, and critical technical spaces to improve response times and operational coordination during potential crises.
