Denmark Ambassador visits Cluj to discuss investment and cooperation

Stig Paolo Piras, the new Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark to Romania, led an official delegation on a visit to the Cluj County Council on October 5. The meeting, hosted by Vice-President Radu Rațiu, focused on developing collaborative relations, identifying ways to strengthen the presence of Danish investors in the region, and boosting commercial exchanges.

During the visit, the economic, investment, and tourism potential of Cluj was presented. Key regional projects discussed included the construction of the Monobloc Pediatric Hospital in the Borhanci neighborhood, industrial parks managed by Tetarom S.A., and infrastructure investments involving road networks, water and sewage systems, and the expansion and modernization of Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport.
