Denmark bridges face traffic restrictions due to strong winds

Strong winds are causing traffic restrictions on major Danish bridges. On the Great Belt Bridge (Storebæltsbroen), the Danish Road Directorate has prohibited vehicles with trailers weighing less than 750 kg from crossing. This restriction is expected to remain in place until 10:00 PM Thursday.

Additionally, warnings have been issued for the Sallingsund Bridge, which connects Mors and Salling. Wind gusts in that area are forecasted to reach up to 20 meters per second, with warnings in effect until 8:00 PM Saturday.
