Denmark set for warmer, sunnier days as DMI forecasts temperature rise

The Danish Meteorological Institute (DMI) announced a shift in weather starting Tuesday, moving from recent rain‑heavy conditions toward drier, sunnier weather across the country. Temperatures on Tuesday are expected to range between 13 °C and 18 °C, with a brief dry spell and sunshine especially in the north‑and‑east. Winds will be light to moderate, though gusts may still occur.

Mid‑week the forecast eases, with temperatures climbing to 18‑23 °C by Thursday and reaching 20‑25 °C on Friday, and some localised areas possibly hitting 28 °C. The warmer air is moving north from southern Europe, bringing a preview of summer. While overall conditions will be drier, there remains a risk of isolated showers and thunderstorm activity, particularly where humidity rises with the heat.

All three reports confirm the same pattern: a transition to milder, more stable weather, a respite from recent persistent rain, and the potential for occasional brief, intense rain bursts as the week progresses.
