Denmark hosts religious services and cultural festivals

Hellevad and Ørum churches in Denmark are hosting a series of Easter services and community events. Activities include a Palm Sunday family service with an egg hunt, a Maundy Thursday community meal featuring lamb, and a Passion service on Good Friday featuring organ music by Lasse Christensen.

Separately, the Bornholm Culture Week is scheduled to take place from September 10 to September 20, 2026. This ten-day festival on the island of Bornholm features diverse cultural tracks including concerts, workshops, exhibitions, and literature festivals. A flagship event includes singer-songwriter Steffen Brandt.
