Denmark pushes for political accountability over Afghanistan war decisions

He called the idea “deeply disrespectful” to soldiers and survivors, and announced his party will submit a parliamentary proposal to prevent such anonymisation, insisting that democratic accountability requires citizens to see who made life‑changing war decisions.
