Denmark reports road debris, church theft, and fraud sentencing

Various incidents have been reported across Denmark involving road hazards, theft, and legal proceedings.

The Danish Road Directorate (Vejdirektoratet) has issued warnings regarding debris on several motorways. Tire remains have been reported on the E39 Hirtshalsmotorvej between Brønderslev C and Vrå, as well as on the E45 Sønderjyske Motorvej between Ustrup and Øster Løgum. Additionally, lost cargo is obstructing a lane on the E45 between Senhøj and Haverslev.

In Tønder Municipality, police are investigating the theft of 25 wicker chairs from Emmelev Kirke. The stolen items are valued at approximately 75,000 DKK. Authorities have urged the public to remain vigilant when browsing online marketplaces for such items.

In a separate legal matter, a 41-year-old man was sentenced at the Horsens Court to one year and two months in prison for fraud, data fraud, and robbery.
