Denmark sees seasonal activity with Halloween events and tourism records
Seasonal festivities and tourism are seeing activity in Denmark. In Bjergby, residents are preparing for a large-scale Halloween show at Vestervænget 10 on October 31. The event relies on creativity and recycled materials rather than large budgets, with organizers using 3D printing and repurposed items to build the scenery. Last year, the event drew approximately 135 visitors from surrounding areas like Sindal and Brønderslev.
Meanwhile, the amusement park Fårup Sommerland has reported a record-breaking October, despite a slower spring season. The park saw over 112,000 visitors during its 13 opening days in October, surpassing the previous record of 108,000. Director Niels Jørgen Jensen noted that the autumn season served as a strong comeback for the park.
